Thursday the 19^th of August, the year 11 and 12 students travelled to MARS Sports Stadium for the knockout volleyball tournament. We have been training for this tournament during lunchtimes and lessons. After getting there just in time, the boys and girls teams stepped foot on the court and played to the best of their abilities without a chance to warm up. The boys had a successful run of winning 4/6 games and one draw, whereas the girls had an unfortunate and hard-fought run without quite winning a contest.

It was an excellent opportunity to test our skills against schools with well-established volleyball programs and see the level of play we are capable of as a group.

A massive thank you to Mr Bartlett, Nicola Ettridge and Brenton Hogan for transporting us to Adelaide for the event.
