This week we continued our Transition visits for the 2022 Year 8s with students from Laura PS, Gladstone PS, Crystal Brook PS and St Joseph's Parish School. We enjoyed some lovely sunshine while down in the Ag block and the students did an amazing job of brushing the goats. They had a go at leading the goats which was a bit trickier!

In Science students did some chemical investigation to create footy colours (the Roosters red and white worked better than the Tigers colours...) but the highlight for all students was making their own ice cream and getting to eat it. The whole group joined together for some PE and another big soccer match which was a hit with both students and teachers. 

Once again, thank you to the Primary School teachers who accompanied the students and the bus drivers for their help with transport. The biggest thanks from me goes to the GHS staff who once again made a huge effort to organise and run the fun activities on the day.
