In Pastoral Care, all Year 9 students will be participating in an online program developed by the Australian Road Safety Foundation. Linked with the Health Curriculum, this program is designed to prepare students to be safe and responsible road users – as pedestrians, cyclists and (eventually!) as drivers. Broken up into 10 Modules, students will work through the program over a number of weeks, with some classroom-based activities to complement the program. It would be great for parents and carers to have a chat with their Year 9 student about road safety during this time!
