Term 4 - Finishing Everything and FUN!

We all enjoyed seeing our Year 12s have lots of FUN in their last official week of school and wish them all the best for finishing up their tasks, sitting exams and their Graduation Dinner. This is a busy time of year for the Year 12s, and one that can be a bit stressful. This is true for students across all year levels who might start hearing teachers talk about final assessments and report grades. There are lots of great tips and strategies out there for managing school-related stress and improving organisation - some specifically for Year 12s, but we want to acknowledge that worry about school-work and grades can impact students of any age. 

We encourage parents, families and carers to check in with young people and see how many of these strategies they are using - can you help them to implement more? Maybe work together to prepare a healthy snack for a study break, go for a walk with them, or help them organise a colourful study schedule!
