We wish everyone a warm welcome to Term 3. Already it is looking very busy, with lots of exciting events planned for the Term.

Around the school you can expect to see some building works starting next week as our long awaited change room and toilet upgrade begins. A new school sign will be erected to replace exsisting sign on the highway in the next couple of weeks and the development of the amphitheatre area is very much in the planning and design phase.

Camps, excursions and sporting competitions are back on the calendar so students will face the challenges of balancing the requirements of their subjects with the days they may be out of the school for these activities. We will monitor this for students but also ask that you let us know if you are concerned for your individual student.

Subject counselling will begin in two weeks for all Year 10 and 11 students. We encourage all parents to please book a session time to meet with subject counselling team to discuss subject and career choices for students.

With regards to COVID-19, extra cleaning is still occurring across the school and hand sanitiser is still available. We encourage students to maintain good hygiene and be sensible in their interactions with each other at school.

Volunteers are now welcome back in the canteen so please feel free to contact the school if you have got some time to spare.
